Delivery & Returns Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the product you receive, please do not hesitate to get in touch. However, this does not guarantee a refund or compensation will be issued.

Custom Car Air Fresheners will review requested refunds and returns on a case-by-case basis. When submitting your order with us, you are taking responsibility that you are happy with the design you have chosen to submit, therefore dissatisfaction with the final design of a product will never be cause for a refund. The product you receive may appear slightly different on screen compared to in person, depending on the monitor or display settings you choose to use. Despite this, we will always endeavour to ensure that our product is as true to your requests as possible.

As all of our products are completely custom and made to order, legally we do not have to offer a refund at any stage in the process, however, customer satisfaction is always our priority. In situations where it is determined we are at fault, for example, misprinted items or damaged goods, we may offer a full refund.

We aim to have you receive your products within 3 weeks, but if this delivery time is not met, this is no grounds for a refund. At no point during ordering do we guarantee a delivery time. Unless a deadline is specifically agreed to and put in writing, we will not be held responsible in the case of machine breakdown or other outside factors that may affect how long your order takes.
